Ban all Whale & Dolphin captivities

I believe all whales, dolphin and other mammals should be banned in the USA and be released back into the wild where they belong. These creatures should be left in their natural habitat to live their natural lives, as intended. Doing this would only benefit these creatures, as well eliminate senseless human accidents and deaths.
