Berkan & Bercin Kart Brothers Shouldn't Be Charged Charged With Violent Disorder

On 21st June 2009 in Central London, a young man was killed after a fight which broke out at the end of a pre-organised party.  There were many at-the-scene witnesses who stated more than ten people were involved in the fight at the time.  However, only Kart brothers were charged with murder on 24th June 2009.  Just recently the police have decided to charge the Kart brothers with Violent Disorder in relation to the above incedent.  we are calling the Metropolitan police to consider this once again and abide by law according to justice rather than to the satisfaction of victims family.
