No tax payer in Orange County California should be responsible to pay for any medical health care benefits, as a result of a personal injury that has taken place on or at a business establishment.

Business owners in Orange County California should be required to carry proper coverage and general liability insurance so that Orange County Medical Services Initiative (MSI) is not utilizing badly needed tax funding for any business owners negligence.
