Change the spelling of "emigrate" to "emmigrate"

The word "immigrate" is spelled with 2 'm'. Spelling "emigrate" with only 1 'm' confuses people and makes English harder to learn to foreign speakers.

Although immigrate could drop an 'm' (so save ink/led when writing it, shorten lines, and save paper), the resulting "imi" just looks wrong and unbalanced.
