Congress & Senators Reduced to 3 Terms only

The Congress and Senate has become the best retirement place to work. We are having bills passed that are not being read and some not in there entirity. Their aids were not hired to read bills for them. We have some old dinosaures in the Congress and Senate that are out of touch with the people they represent. If they are only able to hold their position for only 3 terms there won't be this feeling of such power mungers that we have now and maybe they will do the job they were voted in for.
