This petition is in response to the news that the Scottish artist Withered Hand is being denied entry into the USA due to complications with visa regulations. Withered Hand is scheduled to perform at the SXSW festival 2011 along with a number of other gigs in the US. These performances coincide with the American release of Withered Hand's debut album Good News.

This petition serves to illustrate the international support of Withered Hand, demonstrating to the US immigration Withered Hand's extraordinary skills and capabilities.
