Save the Mount Allison Memorial Library

Mount Allison University is about to knock down one of the most handsome heritage buildings on its beautiful campus, supposedly to make way for a new Arts Centre. The Memorial Library, designed by 'one of Canada's great architects', Andrew Randall Cobb, was constructed in 1927 in the Tudor Revival style as a memorial to the loyalty and heroism of the Mount Allison men and women who sacrificed their lives in the Great War. For over 80 years the Memorial Library has been the social heart of the campus. It should remain as part of a more dynamic Arts Centre. Help save the Memorial Library!

We the undersigned want you to save the Memorial Library for future generations of students to cherish! Refurbish the Memorial Library to enrich their educational experience as part of a more dynamic Arts Centre! They will forever be grateful!
