We, the citizens of Petersburg petition the city to reinstate Chief John Dixon III

Chief John Dixon III was wrongfully dismissed by the previous *acting* city manager Dironna Belton evidenced by his employment contract dated June 15, 2015. We the citizens of Petersburg believe that our safety has been compromised by the sudden departure of the chief. Upon his dismissal there has been a spike in crime. We demand you offer Chief John Dixon III his position back immediately!!
