COP KILLS HER CHILD AND SHE'S GOING TO PRISON

An off-duty cop going 94 miles an hour in Louisiana slammed into a woman killing her one-year-old child and she gets sent to jail for homicide because the straps were not tight enough. !The cop gets paid time off!! This happened in the Louisiana this is so wrong. Brittany Stephens was charged 4 months after the accident 4 gross negligence because she did not strap her daughter in right. Christopher Manuel the police officer was not charged for another four months even though he was drunk and killed a 1 year old little girl going 94 miles per hour off duty. Brittany Stephens was not the driver her 18 year old friend was and she did not have a valid driver's license they were parked on the side of the road she was also charged with negligent homicide. My problem is this why is the cop being treated with preferential treatment, is he not supposed to be held accountable by the same laws? Please sign this petition this is grossly unfair
