Germany: We want equal rights for gay couples, which means they should be allowed to adopt a child t

In Germany there´s just a big discussion about the rights for gay or lesbian couples between the different parties, the Socialists are for the right to adopt children for this group of people, also the Green Party, but the Conservatives are absolutely against it, they see marriage only as license to multiply humans, it seems, but what about all the single mothers or fathers who raise one or more children, wouldn´t a lot of those kids be better off with 2 mothers or 2 fathers??? I think it´s not important HOW you love or WHOM you love, it´s only important THAT you love someone!!! We, probably the majority of the German people, want equal rights for gay or lesbian couples as heteros have them. Even if I´m hetero myself...
