Unfair Rent Increases to Mobile Home Owners With Fixed Incomes

Corperations are buying out mobile home parks with the intent of increasing your space rent so high you cannot pay it, so they can take your home. This is happening at the Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park for seniors in Lakeport, CA. These mobile home owners are on social security and cannot afford two to three time space rent increases.


The only way to stop it is to have the city council vote in the Rent Stabilzation Act. This has been enacted in over 200 counties in California because of these predators trying to take peoples home from them.
