California law makes it illegal to purchase and consume recreational cannabis if you are in the 18-20 age group. Young adults are still adults and should not be segregated from certain pleasures and decisions based on a three year time period. What is the point of being able to get drafted on a whim and not being able to smoke weed or drink a beer? Sign if you want your voice heard.
