Convert all pavement markings to anti-skid paint

   A recent accident resulting in the loss of a dear family member has opened my eyes to something I have never paid any attention to in the past, which is that all of our pavement markings are not anti-skid. Right now the material used for these markings, is very slick when there is the slightest moisture on them. I myself numerous times have either slid to a stop or spun tires at take off when my tires have made contact with this material, and believe played part in Matteo's motorcycle accident. It's time to take action and help others avoid any potential dangerous or fatal situations. By converting this material I truly believe it will help us all increase our safety on the road whether you walk, drive a motor vehicle, or ride a motorcycle.
So once again lets unite and take a stand in Honor of Matteo Manueli  and make Illiniois safer!!
