OPPOSITION TO STEADY BASES

The following employees feel that the implementation of steady bases would be detrimental to our workplace. We feel that steady bases would decrease employee morale, disrupt family lives (e.g. child care arrangements), and has already had negative impacts on interpersonal relations amongst co-workers.
