Increase Resources in the Search for Prabhdeep Srawn

The New South Wales Police Department, the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Federal Government need to increase the number of rescue staff being utilized in the search for Prabhdeep Srawn.

Prabhdeep has been missing at Kosciuszko National Park since Monday, May 13. He has served for the Canadian Armed Forces, Reserves, as a Master Corporal for approximately 5+ years.  As a result, he has extensive cold-weather and survival training experience.

In order to expedite search efforts, more rescue staff and resources are required. Kosciuszko National Park is approximately 7,000 square kilometers yet there are only approximately 20 rescue staff assisting in the effort. We acknowledge that a helicopter is being used, but additional rescue personnel are desperately needed due to the size of the National Park. Time is of the essence as he has been out there for 12+ days.
