Ban Raj from spreading hate at Speakers Corner and Social Media

Raj Singh is a member of the far right in close connection to DFLA and Tommy Robinson.
He continues to attend Speakers Corner in Hyde Park, London, with the sole aim of spreading hate and propaganda against Islam and Muslims. His speech is highly provocative resulting in civil disorder. His attendance at the park and by his group often requires a large number of police at high cost to the tax payer.
He calls for banning Islam, and Muslims, sending them back to their countries which he calls Turd world, and much more. His technique involves provoking Muslims until someone responds with threats at which point he records these threats to send to police. This is a form of entrapment, triggering people who would not have made such threats to him but for his provocation. His actions should be stopped under concerns of Public Policy.
