TABC Seller/Server Training

A company out of California is trying to game the Texas legislative process to enact a law that would give them a competitive advantage in the alcohol training business ref: House Bill (HB 3306). This bill, if passed, will remove fraud prevention and give one company a monopoly on video-based TABC Certification training.The Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission has already denied the application from the aforementioned company for the reasons stated.
