Stop Iredell County from rezoning a Shearers Road residential lot to a commercial lot to put in a Dollar General.

Iredell County is planning to vote on rezoning a residential property to commercial property to allow a developer to possibly put in a Dollar General across the street from Food Lion on Shearers Road.
Say NO to Iredell County.
This is NOT Mooresville Town doing this!!! This IS Iredell County doing this.
We need more restaurant options on this side of town, not a dollar store!

Currently, a single-family home occupies the space, which is across the road from the Food Lion shopping center near the intersection of Rocky River Road and Shearers Road.

The land is currently under Iredell County jurisdiction and The Town of Mooresville has been wanting this lot to be put into Mooresville's jurisdiction.

Request from Planning & Development to continue a public hearing for a rezoning request (Case #1708-2) from Teramore Development. #242/2017
