lower homeowner Association fees

Every household in Shadow creek farms has to pay $165 twice a year there are over one hundred homes in the neighborhood the fees are supposed to pay for lawn care, pool, maintenance, and Street cleanup. There is no way it is costing over $100,000 a year for those services so why are we paying this much? We already have to pay a hefty amount for a house payment, these fees need to be lowered with the amount of homes we have in the neighborhood.
