Apartments Are Uninhabitable!

We are signing this petition to show the landlord/owner or manager of the apartment complex at 4334 49th Street, San Diego, Ca 92115, that all of us are united to fight for our rights as tenants. We have talked to and requested for the landlord/owner/manager to help us control the pest (the apartment is infested with rats and cockroaches) in our apartments, but they never responded or ignored our concerns. Under the Green v. Superior Court (1974) 10 Cal.3d 616, 637-638 [111 Cal.Rptr. 704, 719]; Civil Code Sections 1941, 1941.1, we have the rights to live in a safe and healthy environment, but we are not able to because of the pest infestation.
