Stop the Illegal Kidnapping & Selling of are Children from C.P.S

San Bernardino Children & Family Services are stealing are children and selling them to strangers, in return the department receives huge Federal Incentives . Every year they must increase the number of "MERCHANDISE" meaning are children in order to continue getting the Federal $$$$. This is causing social workers to fabricate stories and misleading information to the courts in order to obtain custody over our children. They are hurting innocent families and tearing them apart and most of the time it is the family never gets reunified because thats even more $$$ for the department when they a kid can get an adoption. More children die in the care of C.P.S than they do with their parents. Soultion : hold social Workers accountable for breaking laws and take away the FEDERAL INCENTIVES
