Hello All: As of today, July 6, 2018, our United States Constitution, Amendments and Laws are still intact. DONALD TRUMP et al. are not above the law. Trump et al. put a policy in place to 1) kidnap, 2) transport across state lines, and 3) torture children and their parents. This is a federal criminal crime (18 USC § 1201 et al.) with punishment up to 20 years in prison and when victims are transported across state lines it is prosecuted at the Federal level. The immigrants, even if they crossed illegally are afforded due process under the US Constitution. Seventeen state Attorney Generals have filed lawsuits against Trump et al. but this action will take time. We have started a petition that will accompany a federal criminal complaint that I will personally hand carry to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC. Become an American Hero, please sign the petition. Our movement is growing and we are Americans. We do not do this and we are better than the criminal elite that Trump has installed in his administration. Thank you.

The reason we decided to take this approach is because no one is holding Trump et al. responsible for what they did. Yes, a judge has ordered them to reunite, but they are failing to do that. Think about this, they are literally thumbing their noses at a Federal Judge. If Trump gets by with treating Illegal immigrants this way, who do you think he'll go after next?

Hello everyone. We're just shy of being half way there. Please contact your friends and family and ask them to sign the petition. We are working toward delivering this to the FBI on Monday or Tuesday, July 9th or 10th. Remember every day we delay these children are harmed more and Trump et al, are doing every thing they can to keep them from being reconnected with their Moms and Dads.

We're 1/4 way to goal. I'm going to consult with Maryland AG Brian Frosh to see if I can file a criminal complaint against Trump at the state level based on the fact that we have 148 of these immigrant children in Maryland. I have spoken to the service that is caring for them, so I know they are definitely here. If you have suggestions, please let me know. Thank you all so much. Lee
