Lubbock municipality should establish a curb-side recycling service!

Lubbock recycling rates are extremely low, as only 22.7% of all Lubbock inhabitants recycle.
This lack of participation in recycling stems from absence of a municipal curb-side pick up service.
Which a curb-side service, Lubbock citizens could easily participate in recycling to help preserve our natural resources and promote a sustainable future!
