Wireless Internet Service

To indicate a unified group of apartment tenants who are unable to connect to the wireless internet service which is installed in the Plymouth View apartments with limited, to no availability for most of the tenants who wish to access it.   This service was offered to all tenants upon signing the tenant contract prior to move in.  This is a two-year ongoing problem.  Some tenants have subscribed to an internet service independently, at a cost of $60-70 dollars a month.  This no longer is a do-able option for most.  What the tenants are requesting is that measures are taken to correct the existing problem and provide the wi-fi service that was promised at the onset of tenancy.
