This persons needs to b punished severely and imprisoned for child abuse.

Please spare sometime to watch this video and sign the petition. Such cruelty exists all over the world. Even if are able to get some punished its a start and would serve as an example to others. The man in the video seems to the childs father or some relation and the person who should be a protector is mercilessly beating the small child for studies. Who would protect the child if family abuses him. Its upto us to get this noticed and for action to be taken.
