Help Jason save his daughters from their abusive, drug/needle addicted mother

Jason's oldest daughtwr was hit and knocked out by her mother. Jason got his daughter when they placed her in jail and dcs said sherry had the right to take them when she was released. This is not her first time having a case with DCS. Her 2 youngest sons were born addicted to herion and she still has them all in her custody. How can a mother be a drug addict, beat her children and keep birthing drug addicted children. I'll tell you why because Blackford county court system/DCS work for the drug addicts not the children.
