HOLIDAY FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS "SNPD" (Special Needs Parent Day)

Parents of children with special needs are unique.  Their main wish is for their children to go through life without daily struggles.  Their wish seems simple, yet it is so far from simple.  These families spend countless hours each day and endless sleepless nights to ensure the proper medical, physical, mental, and emotional needs are met.  There is  no "day off" for these families, needs don't take a day off.  There is a special quality about these parents that give so much of themselves, their time, their energy, and their love to raise these precious children.  That quality is something to be highly regarded and admired.  Let's dedicate a special day to honor these parents who devote every day to their kids' needs.  In addition, it would be great of businesses to join in and offer complimentary products, meals, or anything that would honor them on this celebrated day.
