Support the United States Effort to Drill for More Oil in our Country Especially in Alaska

Gasoline prices are controlled by the Middle East. The United States has plenty of oil underground, but PETA and other organizations have continued to stop our Government from allowing the oil companies from tapping these resources. PETA claims that the oil companies destroy the environment. That is a blatant lie. The oil companies have supported environmental efforts for years. There is virtually little or no damage after the oil has been harvested. If we want to truely get out from under the high gasoline prices, we need to start drilling in our own country. We have the resources and we have the knowledge. Don't let PETA continue to help drive up the cost of gasoline by preventing the US from drilling in Alaska.
