Harassment

My husband keeps being arrested for being with me. Years ago we had a no contact order placed between us (2013). He went terminal. Following judges orders he completed the swap program and the 6 weeks SCRAM program (which was over $1000.00) so we could have it resolved. About a month or so we were pulled over and the oder had been reinstated. We have no idea why it has been placed again. But there has not been any problems between us. All this is doing is making it harder for him. We want it over with.
