Rename Cesar Chavez Park To Julius Caesar Park

To further the cause of the Nationial Farm Workers Association and STOP the flow of illegal immigration. We the people find it necessary to bring in a new figure head to the foreground that immobilizes the cause the small Ceser tried to do but couldn't. By changing Cesar Chavez Park to Julius Ceasar Park we positively affirm that ethnic heritage is something to be promoted and protected. We shall call it "Get Down With The Caesar" program to attract the "Youth."
