God Sha'll let the truth be heard. if it wasn't for God we wouldn't be here amen the end is near Jason hold on baby God please hear our cry we love you God forever...🙏🙏 My son Jason D Clair went to a bar that he never went to before he doesn't go to bars on June 28th 2011 because some girl coached him to go to a bar instead of to a nice diner for dinner and she set him up to be robbed and beat by the whole bar yesterday was his evidentiary hearing and the appointed public attorney that was given to him after they took away the first one that was winning the case he got up there and he's making Jason look like murderer and like it was premeditated it was all on the news well not yet but the news man was there video taping it all on the media and my son his stand on his own behalf he was up there for over an hour and a half being badgered by the state and they're trying to tell him that he wasn't standing where he was in the bar when Jason pointed it out on national television and Jason said that he was standing there you just couldn't see who is there because the video was so dark that you couldn't see now we're halfway through the evidentiary hearing and it was postponed for a continuance for further notice in 2 or 3 weeks my son never did anything wrong he was beat by the whole bar which you can see it on that first video that they showed in the. Courtroon. And media saw it that the bar had people in it and then all the sudden when Jason walked out the door the whole bar cleared out behind him jumped him from behind beat him from one end of the parking lot to the other Jason was covered in blood he gave them thugs 4 chances before he did anything he tried getting away in his truck he broke his shifter in panic mode ..he didn't have his keys by this time They was lost in the Shuffle. Of his beaten almost to death he can't go nowhere so he goes looks for his keys so jason grabbed his gun and tucked it in his waist band under his shirt .. and they come at him again. For the 4th time.so Jason said that he had a gun fired in the air to warn them and they said we hope that you know how to use that gun because we're going to f---ing kill you they also had a knife and said they were going to kill him with a knife Jason fired and shot both brothers right there in the parking lot he didn't know that he shot anybody until he got in the police car and the policeman told him now they're trying to make Jason look like he went there to kill them he did not even know them and they didn't know him now the lawyer that he had on the case when it first started was Robert Larr he took the stand for Jason yesterday he knows that Jason's feared for his life. And Jaso. Was more then scared he was in survival mode..And the only alternative was to stand his ground and save his life Robert Larr knew Jason was innocent and Robert Larr was bringing Jason home and then they took him off the case in the beginning. Because they knew he was doing a good job and tell all the truth ..so then they appointed another public attorney which didnt know anything about the case.a month before gave him... whom his name is Gerard Hooper and he did nothing on Jason's behalf to bring him to justice so yesterday The state ask to have a Gerard Hooper to get up there and before Gerard Hooper entered the courtroom the other side the Kuns the whole crew of the lying family and friends got all excited because they know hooper was already on their side..so on the stand he got up there and pretty much lyed through his teeth it's like he's working for the other side of the family and the state on trying to keep Jason convicted of these crimes my son's innocent my son doesn't even have a record my son was beat almost to death he's a little bit slow now because it'll beating and he's been in prison for 7 years now and he doesn't belong in prison for one second these boys had rap records mile-long in 2009 they should have been in jail they never were picked up on warrants or anything and this happened in 2011 if theywere in jail this wouldn't have happened and also the Saint Cloud police officers said that St Cloud is a better place without them that were immense to society please if anybody can help me to prove that my son was innocent by these videos four-part video which his lawyers Lyle and Elizabeth or question everybody on the other side and badgering the crap out of them I want to start with this petition maybe it'll help my son thank you God bless has been in prison for almost 8 years now for saving his self from a beating like 20 guys that was their game not Jason's Jason didn't have no gang.... Jason kept his Circle small like maybe two or three friends in his whole life these men were younger than Jason they were 21 and 23 for the record mile long for battery charges drug charges and Robing and drug charges they should have been in jail in 2009 this would had never happened in 2011 what is wrong with this Society bring my son home where he belongs please just keep showing the evidence...and the state prosecutor and the state attorney's stop lying stop lying just show and tell the truth for Gods sake this is ridiculous all based on lies....
