Demanding a fair taxi fare in Hoopstad local taxis

During the Covid 19 level five taxis were reduced from carrying a full capacity, which resulted in the taxi fare to be increased from R10 to R12, say you buy groceries that you cannot carry to your house you pay an extra R15, if you have bought gas you pay R5 on top the other amount, in other words you pay for yourself, for the groceries, for gas and to be delivered locally.
