Demand the rehire of this employee for the benefit of the Pocomoke facility

employee was not hooked to the forklift while in the air, which is a safety violation. We as employees understand that BUT !!! WE as fellow employees understand the safety policy and feel that this employee could and should be punished . We as fellow employees feel that Termination is very HARSH without taking in consideration this employee's performance. We the employees of Bel Art of Pocomoke would highly appreciate if our Corporate Officials, our Plant Manager , and our Human Relation Personnel would re-evaluate your decision for a Lesser punishment and re-instate this hard working gentleman .
