Peace of American Independence

I propose that we come together as a nation to settle our outstanding debt in order to become more independent.  Here is how I think we should do it.  We can do two things.  We can all send money to the White House every month.  Not our taxes because taxes go to pay for other things.  We should send some of the money from our paychecks of our own free will.  Ther is no minimum or maximum amout.  Whatever we feel we can afford.  The other way is to take 10% of the money made in the stock market.  These two ideas can be combined as to ask all the companies that trade stock to give there contributions to our cause.
