Sacramento Sheriff Scott Jones & Inspector General, Lee Dean; STOP the Fraud

Remind the Sacramento Sheriff's & Board of Supervisors of our rights under the

CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION ARTICLE 1 DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

Sgt. Matt Reali, placed this citizen under a criminal threats investigation (California Penal Code - Section 422-422.4 :: Title 11.5. Criminal Threats) via the county supervisors, juvenile commissioners, county council and the court; for having a felony complaint filed on agenda with the superior court's juvenile justice commission and for writing letters to public officials. Sgt Reali, then threatened this citizen with arrest and repercussions if negative information was revealed

Sheriff's Prof. Standards Div., Lt. Matt Morgan,  interviewed this citizen over complaints on Sgt. Matt Reali, and also threatened this citizen with arrest and sanctions for exercising his rights to redress grievances to government.


Juvenile court security Sgt. Ebe, had three deputies surround this citizen in the court building as Sgt. Ebe stormed out of 3rd level stair case with a head of steam and riot gear, threatening this citizen with arrest for passing out a documents in the court building and at the juvenile justice commission meeting.


Inspector General, Lee Dean, (former Sac sheriff employee) under a 2007, county charter amendment to oversee the sheriff's citizen complaints processes locked steps with the sheriffs and stated there would be no investigation which is a violation of penal code 832.5; and
obstruction of justice.

County supervisor chair, Roberta MacGlashen, (2010-2011) was a key player in blocking a government code 27641, accusation against county council, Robert Ryan, for giving unsound legal advice to the court's state commission's  JJDPC.
