Stop Indiana's Anti-Union Bill

Republican legislators in Indiana are set to approve a ban prohibiting unions from collecting mandatory fees from workers. The Indiana House already voted to make Indiana the nation's newest "right-to-work" state--the first state to do so in over a decade.

"Right-to-work" bills work against union organizing and have led to lower paying jobs, less workplace safety, and less healthcare for workers in states where similar laws have already passed. Now, the bill is expected to face little opposition in the Indiana Senate and could reach Governor Mitch Daniels' desk by early February.

Act now to tell Governor Daniels to stand with the majority of Americans who support union rights to collective bargaining--tell him not to sign the anti-union bill into law.
We the undersigned call on you not to sign the right-to-work bill currently under consideration in the Indiana Senate.
Right-to-work bills work against union organizing and have led to lower paying jobs, less workplace safety, and less healthcare for workers in states where similar laws have already passed.
We urge you to stand with the majority of Americans who support union rights to collective bargaining. Protect Indiana's working families by rejecting the anti-union bill.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
