Stop Workplace Bullying, especially in Hospitals

The purpose of this petition is to raise awareness of the magnitude of workplace bullying, especially in Health-Care Facilities. I was bullied and harrassed for 3 years  by the nursing staff while working as a Nursing Assistant in an acute care unit at a well-known Hosptial in NYC, and I managed to deliver optimum performance and kept my sanity intact. But what if I suffered un-diagnosed mental disorders? Most surprisingly; Human Resources and The Nurse Director chose to place a higher value on the survey than the welfare of the patients  We need to speak-up because when Hospital employees are not in sync- patients are directly affected.
