Human trafficking is an issue all across the country. However it is a severe problem in the state of California. All across California human trafficking occurs. California is the state with the highest human trafficking rates, with 1,507 reported cases. With this, it violates so many rights each indvidual person has. It hurts them physically as well as mentally, which can be hard for a person to recover from. We have to spread awareness for those who feel as though they do not have a voice at all. We want to help people navigate through the aftermath of their experience, guide them back to a healthy mindset, as well as help them help others with their words.
