Laws that protect American descendants of Slaves

What has continuously happened throughout a spand of over 400 years the descendant of slaves rights nor laws have been put into writing as to abolish this horrific plague that has followed these descendants. America my solution to this travesty would be converse with the other countries that relished in the lucrative demise of a race in such a horrific manner during slavery times and come up with a sufficible number because Restitution Reparations and Equality really needs to be addressed with laws on the books. My concern became very alert when I realized the demeanor of other Nationalities in my Country im American can not be anything else yet im third class citizen sign my petition to get laws on the books that protect our lives and give us rights as a American Citizen
