Petition to repeal or revise the surety tax laws.

  • mottagare: All US Congressmen that represent the States participating in repealing or revising these laws.
People who are in the service industry (servers, bartenders, etc.) are unfairly being charged a tax on money not actually-factually earned, but an assumption of what is going to be be earned! There's a need either for the surety tax to be completely repealed or for certain parts of it to be revised in a way that's fair for everyone!!
