Mandatory Paid maturnity leave for women

Make there be a mandatory 24 week paid maturnity leave for women. If an employer refuses to pay her, make it a class A misdemeanor punishable by a $ 2,000 fine and 1 year imprisonment. Under no circumstances may an employer fire an employee for being pregnant. If thwy do, mame it a class c felony punishable by a $ 10,000 fine and 10 years imprisonment. Thank you
