Demand more money for a billion dollar hair industry

I have been an hairstylist for almost twenty years.
I am tired of all the hard work for peanuts. We are certified licensed stylist and it's a billion dollar hair industry. They have commission scales that are impossible to achieve. We should be getting a guarantee flat rate of at least 15 dollars. They are getting over like fat rats and treating their employees like crap. I shouldn't have to work two jobs to make ends meet,being that it's a billion dollar industry. I demand more pay. Not to mention that a lot of franchise owners are not even skilled in our field, dont even have license their selves. If we didnt show up for work over half of these franchise owners couldn't get in their and get their hands dirty because they dont have the skills to do so.
