Unjust sentence

My husband was sentenced 261 years (11) life sentences. No violence of any type involved the burglaries that occurred were at vacation homes where No one resided. The lawyer he had at the time was disbared and was arrested for manufacturing and prostitution. The SAME JUDGE represented my husband and this lawyer at the same time this lawyer was under the influence of drugs and this judge knew of this and still proceeded with the trail. My husband has served 15 years of this sentence this is cruel and unusual punishment there is so many discrepancies with this case but nobody has done anything about it
