Law Enforcement cant exploit trafficking victims

Many trafficking victims already distrust police- Both because of their own experience and bcause of things thier traffickers have told them in order to control them . The law would prohibit any charges made against a victim during thier experience . Criminal record relief for trafficking survivors.
