The network CW had been putting together a spin-off show of one of their most followed shows, Supernatural- a show following around 2 brothers who fight anything that goes bump in the night in order to protect the humans whom are unbeknownst to the dangers of the dark. Although the diversity of the cast is phenomenal, the Wayward Sisters series would offer an empowering solution to the only problem our Wayward Brothers have had within their show- a show with strong woman leading roles kicking the bad guys in the butt! Anyone familiar with Supernatural knows that although the boys are amazing, and show love to each of the female hunters introduced, the roles are oftentimes pushed to the background or killed off (which is not to discriminate against women but to further paint the story of the endless heartache and loss that the boys endure during their tormented journey to save the world). The Sisters series brings forth to the limelight the ladies of Supernatural as their own leading roles. The show was to empower women everywhere and they most definitely have a fanbase to back it up, being that Supernatural as not only maintained a fanbase since their debut in 2005, but has grown into a family with numbers that have grown as well. Many of the fans are deeply disappointed by the CW's decision in the spin-off not taking off. So please, my wayward brothers and sisters alike, sign this petition to overturn the CW's decision against the Wayward Sisters Series!
