Dry Cleaners- Sick of Creases in Ironed and Starched Shirts

At this cleaners, in Reston, they fold the arms of men's shirts over. There is no purpose for folding them either. The ironing and starching of the shirts becomes completely wasted once they are folded over. In addition to having to pay for and drive out to deliver and pick up, the unessicarly task of re-ironing the articles of clothing dry cleaned is then subsequently added. Please stop folding our shirts!
