Demand the injustice on Keith McAllister

Keith McAllister is accused of Serious bodily injury to his dog. On July 2nd a detective from Smith County sheriffs department came and talked to my son. There was a video of him whooping his dog for digging holes after he had done everything to try and stop her. The neighbor videoed it and submitted it to the sheriff. When they came Keith McAllister surrendered the dog without being asked to. The detective told Keith McAllister it would be a Class A Misdemeanor if they went any further. Ella the dog in question was taken to West Tyler animal clinic and the only thing besides a hook worm and fleas was she has superficial wounds around her jaw that matched bite marks from another puppy. The vet reported to the news that when Ella arrived the was happy, bouncing around and very lovable. Ella had no open wounds, no broken bones and no internal injuries. She was actually adopted out the very next week by a friend of mine. The detective came back one week later and arrested my son Keith McAllister on animal cruelty and a 3rd degree felony with a $150,000 bond. The District Attorney has asked to send him to prison for 9 years!!! The charge is outrageous. I’m asking for support from our community to get this dropped. Child molesters can get 4 years in prison for ruining a little girls chance of ever having children and mental issues the rest of their lives. Ella is happy and healthy and just doing amazing. This is injustice if I’ve ever seen anything. Keith McAllister as no prior record!!! This man does not deserve to go to prison. Please show your support that this is outrageous.
