Push school starting time to 8:30

Lots of studies, have shown that young students are waking up too early. Students need time to freshen up and wake up to be able to use there full abilitys for the normal school day. In doing this, our country also saves millions perhaps billions if we do this for economic reasons. I'm concerned because im a student, who has issues with this and i think this will only positively impact other students life as well.
