Stop the California Smoking Bill 2016

California lawmakers have decided to pass a law changing the legal tobacco age from 18 to 21. There is no grandfather clause and E-cigarettes are regulated as a tobacco product. Once we are 18, we are legal adults, we pay taxes and we have to sign up for the Selective Service (The US Draft) but we are not allowed to have our inalienable and God given right of free will. The politicians are overstepping their boundaries and harming more Americans than they could even attempt to help.
