Demand that Governor Malloy pardon Jeffrey Sumpter

Jeffrey Sumpter was sentenced to 18 months in prison because while being attacked at his job at Dunkin Donuts by three assailants, he used a knife, and didn't retreat. This is a miscarriage of justice. Demand that Governor Malloy pardon him, and also that the law be modified to allow for mitigating circumstances, as in this case, where one person is attacked by multiple people.
